Connie Hudson Mobile Regional Senior Community Center Foundation Board of Directors to introduce Center's new director at a Meet-and-Greet April 15, 2015
On Wednesday, April 15, 2-4 p.m., the Connie Hudson Mobile Regional Senior Community Center Foundation Board of Directors is planning a Meet-and-Greet event to introduce the Center's new director, Ashley-Nicole Flowers. Flowers holds a Bachelor's Degree in Recreational Therapy from the University of South Alabama and a Master's in Instructional Technology from the University of Southern Mississippi.
Of her new position, Flowers said, "I am looking forward to serving the senior adults of the community and will strive to promote social and fitness opportunities. as well as encourage healthy life-styles through existing and future programming."
Foundation secretary, Sally Pfister, said there will also be a Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony for the latest addition to the Center--"the handsome Pavilion that was part of the original architectural design."
Included in the fun will be the raffle of a Basket of Gift Cards, contributed by the Foundation board members in support of the Center; tickets are $2.00 for 1 ticket and 3 tickets for $5.00, Pfister said..
Area seniors are invited to the event at the Senior Center, 3201 Hillcrest Road. Cake and punch will be served.
