Summer college courses at Dauphin Island Sea Lab are now open for enrollment. DISL offers May sessions (May 18-29) and two 5-week sessions (June 1-July 3 and July 6-August 7.) Deadline for priority registration is February 14.
Located on a barrier island in the Gulf of Mexico, the DISL is a consortium of 22 Alabama colleges and universities. With a campus surrounded by the Gulf of Mexico, Mobile Bay and Mississippi Sound, it is an ideal location for marine science study and research.
DISL's college courses for credit topics range from "Dolphins and Whales" to "Huricanes of the Gulf Coast" to "Shark and Ray Biology." Fellowships and work-study opportunities are available.
For more information, visit Dauphin Island Sea Lab's Undergrad Overview page or email the DISL registrar at email@example.com.
