![]() At the 68th Annual Chickasaw Founders' Day celebration October 25, 2014, Muriel Riley, a 4th grader at Chickasaw City School, wore her award-winning milk carton costume to the Ina Pullen Memorial Library Book Sale. With the help of Library Director Teresa Goolsby, Muriel chose a special book to read after school next week. The daughter of Lawana Riley, Muriel won a 1st-place ribbon in the age 8-12 category of the Annual Chickasaw Halloween Costume Contest. Her "milk carton" even had a red and white straw sticking out of the opening. The Founders' Day Celebration is sponsored by the Chickasaw Area Chamber of Commerce. Comments are closed.
