General admission tickets are $25 per adult in advance and $30 at the door; seniors are $25. Special dinner tickets are $100 and admit two adults with an opportunity to take home $10,000.
Marcelle Naman, publicity chair for the event, said that one of the highlights of Casino Night will be al fresco dining in the "outdoor Cafe du Mustang" with chefs from Alec Naman's Catering, joined by Regina Florey of Regina's Kitchen and John Weichman, former owner of Weichman's Restaurant and the Italian Fisherman. "Gourmet dishes from our Mobile Chef guest will complement the menu in an 'ooh lah lah' Parisian way!" she said.
There'll be dozens of items up for bid on the live and silent auction block: Disney World and Kennedy Space Center Adventures, a trip to a Utah Alpine Ski Resort, a Lundi and Mardi Gras stay at the Hampton Inn Downtown, plus hundreds of items from local donors--too many to mention.
Celebrity dealers at Casino Night include Mobile City Council members Levon Manzie and Gina Gregory, Alan Seals of WKRG TV and Jason Smith of Fox 10 News.
All proceeds from Casino Night benefit St. Mary Catholic School. For information, call 433-9904 or log on to www.stmarymobile.org.
