Tillman's Corner Lions Club encourages community-minded men and women to join the organization; meetings are the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at Tillman's Corner Community Center
The Tillman's Corner Lions Club is a fairly new, but very active, organization. They are involved in the the traditional Lions programs, such as sight screening and preservation, but also volunteer at local events, including the recent Kids' Day in Tillman's Corner.
The TC Lions meet at noon on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at Tillman's Corner Community Center, 5055 Carol Plantation Road. They often have a speaker whose message is of interest to the group. For example, Tracey Eldridge, Touching Hearts Senior Care, was a recent guest. And at the August 18th meeting, Lions District Governor Dora Hartsock will be visiting to install the newly elected officers.
The Club invites and encourages other community-minded men and women to consider joining Tillman's Corner Lions. Contact Lion Ron Mitchell, 251-591-6872 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
